Defect
Internal components of the auxiliary power module are improperly welded, causing cracks to form inside the affected elements. Repeated electrical cycling damages the elements, which may cause the idling stop system OFF indicator to flash and the idling stop function to deactivate, or may cause the engine to stall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the auxiliary power module with a conforming unit.

状況
補助電源モジュールの構成部品（素子）の溶着が不適切なため、当該素子内部に亀裂が生じているものがある。そのため、通電の繰返しにより当該素子が損傷し、アイドリングストップシステムＯＦＦ表示灯が点滅してアイドリングストップ機能が停止、または、エンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、補助電源モジュールを良品に交換する。
