Defect
On LPG-converted vehicles, the LPG engine control harness was manufactured with fuses and wiring rated below the required current capacity. When the vehicle is operated in LPG mode under high load and high engine speed, current demand exceeds the fuse rating, causing the fuse to open. This may result in an engine stall while driving.
Corrective action
Replace the LPG engine control harness on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
ＬＰＧ架装車のＬＰＧエンジンコントロールハーネスにおいて、ヒューズ及び配線の許容電流値が不足している。そのため、ＬＰＧモードで高負荷、高回転域で走行した場合、ヒューズ容量を超える電流が流れ、ヒューズが断線して、走行中にエンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＬＰＧエンジンコントロールハーネスを対策品と交換する。
