Defect
The fuel pipe is improperly designed, causing it to resonate with engine vibration. This resonance applies excessive stress to the bent sections of the pipe, which may develop cracks. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate until the pipe fractures, and in the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel pipe with the corrected part.

状況
燃料装置において，燃料パイプの設計が不適切なため，エンジンの振動により当該パイプが共振し，パイプの曲げ部に過大な負荷がかかり，亀裂が生じることがある。そのため，そのままの状態で使用を続けると，亀裂が進展してパイプが折損し，最悪の場合，燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両，燃料パイプを対策品に交換する。
