Defect
During the manufacturing process of the brake master cylinder, an inadequate inspection jig was used, causing cracks to form at the fastening joint on affected units. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate until the joint fractures, increasing stopping distance.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected brake master cylinder with a conforming unit.

状況
