Defect
In the front wheel suspension, the fastening structure joining the lateral rod to the axle housing is incorrect, allowing the fastening bolts to loosen and producing abnormal noise and steering vibration. Continued use may cause the bolts to fall out and, in the worst case, degrade steering performance.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add spring washers to the front wheel joint and replace the existing bolts with higher-strength corrected bolts, retightened to the revised specified torque. To prevent parts from being mixed up during field service, the same corrective measures are also applied to the rear wheels.

状況
前輪の緩衝装置において、ラテラルロッドとアクスルハウジングを結合する締結構造が不適切なため、締結ボルトが緩み、異音やハンドル振動が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ボルトが脱落し、最悪の場合、かじ取り性能が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前輪の当該結合部にばね座金を追加するとともに、強度を上げた対策ボルトに交換し、改善した規定トルクで再締め付けする。また、市場における整備時に部品が混同されることを防止するため、後輪についても同様の改善措置を実施する。
