Defect
In the ABS hydraulic pressure control unit, an improperly designed component geometry causes plastic debris to be generated during press-fit assembly. This debris may become lodged in the hydraulic control valves, delaying pressure regulation during ABS operation and compromising vehicle stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the ABS hydraulic pressure control unit with a conforming part.

状況
アンチロックブレーキシステム(ABS)の油圧調整装置において、構成部品の形状が不適切なため、圧入組付け時に樹脂製の異物が発生することがある。そのため、当該異物が油圧制御弁などに噛み込んでABS作動時に調圧が遅れて、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ABSの油圧調整装置を良品と交換する。
