Defect
In the intake-side variable valve control device of the engine, a large impact force that rarely occurs immediately after a cold start may loosen the bolts securing the device body. This loss of fastener integrity prevents control of the intake valves and may cause the engine to stall.
Corrective action
Replace the intake-side variable valve control device on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
原動機の吸気側可変バルブ制御装置において、冷間始動直後まれに当該装置内に発生する大きな衝撃力により、装置本体を組み付けているボルトが緩むことがある。このため、吸気バルブの制御ができなくなってエンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、吸気側可変バルブ制御装置を対策品と交換する。
