Defect
On vehicles equipped with a panoramic roof, the adhesion primer required to bond the panoramic roof glass was not applied before assembly, resulting in insufficient adhesion between the glass and the adhesive. Continued use may cause the glass to detach from the adhesive. In the worst case, the panoramic roof glass may fall off the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, inspect the panoramic roof glass to verify whether primer was applied. If primer application cannot be confirmed, remove the panoramic roof glass, apply primer, and reinstall.

状況
パノラマルーフ付き車両において、パノラマルーフガラスへの接着強化用下塗り剤（プライマー）が未塗布のまま組み付けられ、ガラスと接着剤との接着力が低いものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとガラスが接着剤から剥離し、最悪の場合、パノラマルーフガラスが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、パノラマルーフガラスのプライマー塗布の有無を点検し、塗布が確認できない場合は、パノラマルーフガラスを取外し、プライマー塗布後、再組付けする。
