Defect
On certain transit buses equipped with glide-slide doors, the door actuator bracket may have been improperly bent during manufacturing. This causes a crack to develop at the bracket end. Continued operation may cause the bracket to fracture and, in the worst case, prevent the door from opening or closing.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, inspect the door actuator bracket. If the bend is improper, add a reinforcement. If a crack is present, also perform necessary repairs.

状況
路線バスのグライドスライド扉において、扉エンジンブラケット製造時の曲げ加工が不適切なものがある。そのため、ブラケット端部に亀裂が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブラケットが破損し、最悪の場合、扉の開閉ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、扉エンジンブラケットを点検し、曲げ加工が不適切なものは補強材を追加する。尚、当該ブラケットに亀裂が生じている場合は修理も行う。
