Defect
On large transit buses, the ECU program controlling the rear sliding door operation is incorrect. If the driver initiates a close command and then issues an open command immediately before the door fully closes, the door warning lamp (amber) illuminates. On vehicles equipped with a dual solenoid valve, the door remains open and the driver subsequently loses the ability to operate the door from the driver's seat. Additionally, the neutral shift lock function — which prevents the vehicle from departing with a door open — stops working. If the vehicle departs in this condition, the warning buzzer sounds and the door warning lamp (red) illuminates.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the ECU with the corrected part.

状況
大型路線バスの後扉(引き扉)において、扉の開閉を制御するECUのプログラムが不適切なため、運転者が扉を閉じる操作を行い、扉が閉まる直前に開く操作を行った場合にのみ、扉ウォーニングランプ(橙色)が点灯し、 ①ダブル電磁弁搭載車両は、扉が開いたままとなり、その後、運転者が運転席で扉の開閉ができなくなるとともに、扉が開いたまま発車することを防止するニュートラルシフトロック機能が作動しない。なお、このまま発車すると、警報ブザーが吹鳴し扉ウォーニングランプ(赤色)が点灯する。
改善措置
全車両、当該ECUを対策品と交換する。
