Defect
The passenger door open/close control program is defective. If the driver performs a specific sequence of operations while transitioning from motion to a stop — shifting to neutral and then initiating a door-open command just before the vehicle comes to rest — the travel-mode door-inhibit function remains active after the vehicle stops. As a result, the door does not open even when the driver operates the open/close switch after the vehicle has fully stopped.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the ECU with the corrected part. Inspect the closer switch position and adjust any that are improperly positioned.

状況
②乗降扉の開閉制御プログラムが不適切なため、走行状態から停止に至る過程において運転者が一定条件の操作（シフトの位置をＮにし、停止直前で乗降扉を開く操作）をした場合においては、走行中に扉が開くことを防止する機能が働いたままになり、停止してから運転者が手元の開閉スイッチを開に操作しても扉が開かない。
改善措置
全車両、当該ＥＣＵを対策品と交換する。また、クローザスイッチの位置を点検し、不適切なものは位置を変更する。
