Defect
The starter relay used in small non-step buses has an improperly designed contact structure. When the starter fails to engage at startup, the resulting current surge roughens the relay contacts. Continued use may cause the contacts to weld together, and in the worst case, the starter may burn out.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected starter relay with a corrected part.

状況
１．小型ノンステップバスのスタータリレーにおいて、接点の構造が不適切なため、始動時にスタータが噛み合わなかった場合に流れる電流により、当該接点が荒れるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該接点が溶着し、最悪の場合、スタータが焼損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、 １．当該スタータリレーを対策品に交換する。
