Defect
On dump-specification vehicles, the dump switch is improperly designed, allowing beverages spilled from a cup holder mounted above the switch to enter the switch contact area. In the worst case, the power circuit may short circuit, causing the dump body to operate unintentionally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the dump switch with a corrected part and install a water-blocking sponge at the cup holder mounting area.

状況
ダンプ仕様車において、ダンプスイッチの構造が不適切なため、上部に設置したカップホルダーからこぼれた飲料水等が、スイッチの接点部に浸入することがある。そのため、最悪の場合、電源回路が短絡しダンプが誤作動するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ダンプスイッチを対策品に交換するとともに、カップホルダー取付部に止水スポンジを設定する。
