Defect
On vehicles equipped with a portable refrigeration unit, the high-mount stop lamp wiring is improperly routed, and the wiring insulation may have been damaged during refrigeration unit assembly. Vehicle vibration during driving may cause a short circuit in the wiring, blowing the fuse and causing the high-mount stop lamp to fail to illuminate.
Corrective action
Replace the high-mount stop lamp wiring and add a protective cover on all vehicles.

状況
簡易保冷庫搭載車において、ハイマウントストップランプ配線経路が不適切なため、保冷庫組立て時に当該配線の被覆を傷つけたものがある。そのため、車両走行時の振動等で配線が短絡しヒューズが切れて、ハイマウントストップランプが点灯しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ハイマウントストップランプ配線を交換し、プロテクタを追加する。
