Defect
On large buses, the engine hanger is improperly shaped, allowing engine vibration to initiate cracks in the hanger. Continued use in this condition may cause the cracks to propagate until the engine hanger detaches from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the engine hanger and replace it with a spacer.

状況
大型バスにおいて、エンジンハンガーの形状が不適切なため、エンジンの振動により亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行してエンジンハンガーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジンハンガーを取り外して、スペーサーに交換する。
