Defect
The torque rod mounting bracket on the front axle suspension has insufficient attachment strength, allowing cracks to develop. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate and, in the worst case, may result in fracture of the weld on the torque rod mounting bracket.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add reinforcement to the weld on the front axle torque rod mounting bracket.

状況
③前軸緩衝装置のトルクロッド取付けブラケットの取付け強度が不足しているため、亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、トルクロッド取付けブラケットの溶接部が破断するおそれがある。
改善措置
③全車両、前軸トルクロッド取付けブラケット溶接部に補強材を追加する。
