Defect
The transverse link pin is made of an unsuitable material. Road impacts during driving may cause the pin to fracture, producing abnormal noise. If sudden braking, sharp turning, or other abrupt maneuvers are performed, the tire may shift position and contact the wheel house inner panel, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left and right transverse links with corrected parts.

状況
緩衝装置において、トランスバースリンクのピンの材質が不適切なため、走行時におけ る路面からの衝撃により、当該ピンが折損して異音が発生することがあり、急制動、急旋 回等の急激な操作を行なった場合、タイヤの位置がずれてホイールハウスインナーに干渉 し、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右のトランスバースリンクを対策品と交換する。
