Defect
① The bonding material joining the frame and the body mounting bracket has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop. Continued operation allows the cracks to propagate and, in the worst case, may result in fracture of the bonding material.
Corrective action
① On all vehicles, add reinforcement material to the bonding joint between the frame and the body mounting bracket, and replace the bumper rubber with a corrected part.

状況
①フレームと車体締結用ブラケットの結合材強度が不足しているため、亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、結合材が折損するおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、フレームと車体締結用ブラケットとの結合材に補強材を追加するとともに、バンパーラバーを対策品と交換する。
