Defect
On large low-floor buses, the weld joint between the front axle torque rod mounting bracket and the cross member is incompletely welded on some vehicles. Continued operation allows the weld to detach, and in the worst case, steering control may become unstable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the bracket weld is inspected. Any unwelded areas receive additional welds. Brackets found to be deformed are replaced with new parts.

状況
大型ノンステップバスにおいて、前軸トルクロッド取付ブラケットとクロスメンバの溶接箇所の一部が溶接されていないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、溶接が剥がれ、最悪の場合、ハンドル操作が不安定になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブラケットの溶接状況を確認し、溶接されていない箇所は、溶接を追加する。なお、ブラケットに変形があるものは、新品と交換する。
