Defect
On vehicles converted from gasoline fuel systems to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) specification: (1) The material of the fuel gas fill hose connecting the fuel gas filler port to the fuel gas tank is incorrect, causing cracks to develop on the hose surface during service. Continued use allows the cracks to progress, and gas may leak during fuel filling.
Corrective action
(1) On all vehicles, inspect the fuel gas fill hose. If the affected hose is installed, replace it with the corrected/revised part.

状況
ガソリン燃料装置を液化石油ガス（ＬＰＧ）仕様に改造した車両において、（１）燃料ガス充填口と燃料ガスタンクを繋ぐ燃料ガス充填用ホースの材質が不適切なため、使用過程において当該ホースの表面に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、燃料ガス充填時にガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、燃料ガス充填用ホースを点検し、該当するホースが装着されている場合は、対策品と交換する。
