Defect
The mounting structure for the fuel return pipe in the engine fuel system is improperly designed, causing engine vibration to generate excessive stress at the pipe's mounting point. Continued use may cause a crack to develop in the pipe, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, modify the fuel return pipe mounting structure and replace the fuel return pipe with a new part.

状況
エンジンの燃料装置において、燃料リターンパイプの固定構造が不適切なため、エンジン振動により当該パイプ固定部の応力が高くなるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けるとパイプに亀裂が発生し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料リターンパイプの固定構造を変更するとともに、燃料リターンパイプを新品と交換する。
