Defect
On large trucks, the fuel hose between the engine and the fuel filter is improperly assembled, causing the hose to contact the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control hose due to engine vibration. Continued operation in this condition allows the fuel hose or EGR control hose to develop holes. In the worst case, fuel may leak or exhaust emissions may exceed regulatory limits.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel hose, EGR control hose, EGR control pipe, exhaust brake control pipe, clamps, and clamp mounting brackets with corrected/revised parts.

状況
大型トラックにおいて、エンジンと燃料フィルタ間の燃料ホースの組み付けが不適切なため、エンジン振動等により、当該ホースが排気ガス再循環装置（ＥＧＲ）制御用ホースと干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、燃料ホース又はＥＧＲ制御用ホースに穴があき、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れる、又は排出ガスが規制値を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホース、ＥＧＲ制御用ホース、ＥＧＲ制御用パイプ、排気ブレーキ制御用パイプ、クランプ及びクランプ取付け金具を対策品と交換する。
