Defect
On vehicles equipped with a sunroof, the outer frame of the sunroof glass was made from an improperly selected resin material. Temperature and humidity changes may cause the adhesive bond between the sunroof glass and the outer frame to weaken. Continued use may result in the sunroof glass detaching from the outer frame. In the worst case, driving vibration or wind pressure may cause the sunroof glass to fall from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sunroof glass assembly with the corrected/revised part.

状況
サンルーフ付き車両のサンルーフガラスの外枠部において、樹脂材料の選定が不適切なため、温度・湿度の変化によりサンルーフガラスとの接着力が低下することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、サンルーフガラスが外枠部から剥離し、最悪の場合、走行中の振動や風圧によってサンルーフガラスが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、サンルーフガラスアッセンブリーを対策品と交換する。
