Defect
On welfare vehicles equipped with a passenger-seat rotating care seat, the installing modifier's work procedures were improper, resulting in some vehicles being assembled with an incorrect seat belt buckle on that seat. The seat belt may not lock fully into the incorrect buckle and, in the worst case, may release.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the seat belt buckle assembly with the correct genuine part.

状況
助手席に介護用回転シートが架装された福祉車両において、架装業者での作業要領が不適切なため、当該シートに異品のシートベルトバックルを組付けたものがある。そのため、シートベルトが当該バックルに完全に固定せず、最悪の場合、外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シートベルトバックル一式を正規品と交換する。
