Defect
During the fuel tank manufacturing process, the clamps securing the breather hose and the evaporative emission control connection hose are improperly positioned. In the event of a collision or similar impact, a hose may pull free and cause a fuel leak.
Corrective action
Inspect the clamp positions on all vehicles. Reposition any improperly installed clamp to the specified location.

状況
燃料タンクの製造工程において、ブリーザホースおよび燃料蒸発ガス排出抑止装置への接続ホースの締付金具の取付位置が不適切なため、事故等の衝撃によりホースが抜けて燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該金具の取付位置を点検し、不適切な場合は正規位置に修正する。
