Defect
The wiring routed to the battery positive terminal is improperly routed, causing it to contact the battery box retaining bracket. Vibration during driving causes the wire insulation to wear through, resulting in a short circuit. In the worst case, this may cause a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete wiring assembly connected to the battery positive terminal with the corrected part.

状況
バッテリプラス端子に接続する配線の配索が不適切なため、バッテリ収納箱の保持金具に干渉するものがある。そのため、走行振動等で当該配線の被覆が摩耗して短絡し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、バッテリプラス端子に接続する配線一式を対策品に交換する。
