Defect
On vehicles equipped with side-illumination lamps, the electrical circuit of the optional automatic headlight system—which automatically turns the headlights on and off based on ambient light conditions—is improperly designed. When the headlights are off, the side-illumination lamps illuminate. This condition does not conform to the Road Vehicles Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect for the presence of the automatic headlight system. On affected vehicles, replace the system with a corrected part.

状況
側方照射灯付車において、オプション品として設定したオートライトシステム（車外の明るさに応じて前照灯を自動的に点灯、消灯する装置）の電気回路が不適切なため、前照灯が点灯していない場合に側方照射灯が点灯し、道路運送車両の保安基準に適合しない。
改善措置
全車両、オートライトシステムの有無を点検し、対象となるものは当該システムを対策品と交換する。
