Defect
The emergency exit door's exterior operating handle has insufficient strength. When the handle is pulled before the lock is released during operation, the handle may fracture. As a result, the door cannot be opened from outside the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the handle with a corrected part.

改善措置
