Defect
On medium-duty route buses equipped with a double solenoid valve door open/close mechanism on the rear sliding door, the electrical circuit controlling door operation is improperly designed. If the switch that detects the door closed position fails, the door will not close when the driver operates the door-close control. Despite the door remaining open, the warning lamp at the driver's station will not illuminate and the open-door departure prevention device (accelerator interlock) will not activate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a relay to the affected circuit and modify the wiring.

状況
中型路線バスのダブル電磁弁開閉機構の後扉(引き扉)において、扉開閉用の電気回路が不適切なため、扉の閉位置を検出するスイッチが故障した場合に、運転者席での扉閉操作で扉が閉まらず、かつ扉が閉じない状態にもかかわらず、その状態を運転者に知らせるランプが点灯しないとともに開扉発車防止装置(アクセルインターロック)が作動しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該回路にリレーを追加するとともに、配線を変更する。
