Defect
On low-floor transit buses equipped with glide-slide doors, the lower profile of the door is incorrect. If a person inadvertently enters the door's operating path while the door is activated and the door strikes their foot, there is a risk of injury.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install protective covers on the lower door edge and pivot bracket.
