Defect
Improper assembly of the front door glass leaves the rubber seal fitted inside the door glass guide rail deformed on some vehicles. Repeated raising and lowering of the door glass causes the deformed rubber to become nipped. In the worst case, when the glass is lowered, it may disengage from the guide rail, interfere with the door opening rod, and cause the door to open unintentionally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the rubber seal inside the front door guide rail is inspected. If the rubber is deformed, it is replaced with a new part. The guide rail is also inspected and straightened if deformed.

状況
前席ドアガラスの組付け作業が不適切なため、ドアガラスのガイドレール内に装着されたゴムが変形しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ドアガラス昇降操作の繰り返しにより当該ゴムが噛み込み、最悪の場合、ドアガラスを下げた際、ドアガラスがガイドレールから外れドア開閉用ロッドに干渉し、ドアが開くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前席ドアのガイドレール内に装着しているゴムを点検し、変形している場合はゴムを新品と交換するとともにガイドレールを点検し、変形している場合は修正する。
