Defect
On compressed natural gas vehicles, the turbine blades in the turbocharger have insufficient strength and may fracture. This can cause white smoke emission and loss of power output, leaving the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the turbocharger with a corrected part. In addition, communicate and reinforce proper turbocharger maintenance procedures.

状況
圧縮天然ガス自動車の過給機において、タービン翼の強度が不足しているため破損するものがある。そのため、白煙の発生及び出力不足になり、運行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、過給機を対策品と交換する。また、過給機のメンテナンス方法について周知徹底を図る。
