Defect
On large route buses, the routing of the air lines and power steering lines is improper, causing those lines to contact the underfloor support members at the rear of the body. Continued operation allows vehicle vibration to damage the air lines. In the worst case, air leaks from the damaged lines, the horn may fail to sound, and braking force may decrease.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the clearance between the lines and the underfloor support members. Where clearance is insufficient, replace the line mounting brackets with corrected parts. Where the lines are already damaged, replace them with new units.

状況
大型路線バスのエア配管及びパワーステアリング配管の配置が不適切なため、当該配管が車体後部の床下支持材に接触するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、車体の振動等により、①エア配管が損傷し、最悪の場合、エアが漏れ、警音器が作動せず、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、配管と床下支持材との隙間を点検し、隙間が狭い場合には、配管の取付金具を対策品と交換する。また、配管が損傷している場合には、配管を新品に交換する。
