Defect
On the CNG engine, the exhaust valves have insufficient heat resistance, which may cause valve material to break away. This produces abnormal noise, rough idling, and reduced power output. In the worst case, the engine may stall and fail to restart.
Corrective action
Replace the exhaust valves on all vehicles with the corrected parts.

状況
ＣＮＧエンジンにおいて、排気バルブの耐熱性が不足しているため、バルブが欠損する場合がある。そのため、異音発生、アイドリング不調、出力不足となり、最悪の場合エンジンが停止して再始動出来なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気バルブを対策品に交換する。
