Defect
On ramp-equipped wheelchair transport vehicles, the wheelchair securing wire is prone to twisting. This twisting displaces the cover that retains the wire on its pulley, allowing the wire to slip off. The displaced wire then interferes with the cover and, in the worst case, may snap, making it impossible to secure the wheelchair.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete wire assembly with the corrected part. If the cover has shifted from its proper position, reinstall it correctly.

状況
スロープ式車いす移動車において、車いす固定用ワイヤーがねじれやすいため、ワイヤーを滑車に保持するためのカバーが動き、ワイヤーが滑車から外れる場合がある。そのため、ワイヤーがカバーと干渉し、最悪の場合、ワイヤーが切れて車いすを固定できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ワイヤー一式を対策品に交換する。また、カバーが動いている場合は、カバーを正規に取り付ける。
