Defect
An incorrect seat belt specification was installed at the second-row right seating position, preventing the belt from being inserted into the buckle on some vehicles. On wheelchair-accessible vehicles, even where the belt can be buckled, the seat belt may release under the load of a collision or similar impact, failing to restrain the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the second-row right seat belt. Where the incorrect belt is fitted, replace it with the correct production seat belt.

状況
第２列目右側の座席において、誤った仕様の座席ベルトが取り付けられたため、ベルトをバックルに装着することができないものがある。また、福祉車両については、座席ベルトを装着しても、衝突等の衝撃により座席ベルトが外れて乗員を拘束できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、２列目席右側の座席ベルトを点検し、該当するものは正規品の座席ベルトと交換する。
