Defect
The actuator geometry of the G-sensor lock mechanism inside the seat belt retractor is incorrect, causing the belt to remain locked. In the worst case, the seat belt cannot be pulled out.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left and right seat belt retractor lock mechanisms (G-sensor) with units incorporating the corrected actuator.

状況
座席ベルトの巻き取り装置において、装置内部のロック機構（Ｇセンサー）のアクチュエ ータの形状が不適切なため、当該ベルトがロックしたままとなることがあり、最悪の場合 、座席ベルトが引き出せなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右座席ベルト巻き取り装置のロック機構（Ｇセンサー）を、対策品のアクチュ エータを組み込んだものと交換する。
