Issue
An incorrect wave washer is installed at the lower anchor point securing the front seat belt to the vehicle body, fixing the anchor's pivot mechanism in place and preventing it from moving. This causes the seat belt to rest across the occupant's abdomen during use. In a collision or other impact, the load on the occupant may increase as a result.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the pivot mechanism at the seat belt lower anchor. On any vehicle where the pivot mechanism is found to be fixed, replace the wave washer with the correct part.

状況
前部座席用シートベルトを車体に組付ける箇所（下側アンカー部）にあるウェーブワッシ ャーが不適切なため、当該アンカー部の首振り機構が固定され動かず、シートベルト装着 時にベルトが腹部に掛かるものがある。そのため、衝突等の衝撃を受けた際に乗員への負 担が増加するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シートベルト下側アンカー部の首振り機構を点検し、首振り機構が固定されてい るものはウェーブワッシャーを正規品と交換する。
