Defect
The head height of the rear leaf spring center bolt is incorrect, causing the bolt head to contact the rear axle and creating a gap between the spring and axle. This concentrates load near the center bolt. Continued use under these conditions may cause the spring to fracture, degrading driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear leaf spring with a corrected part.

状況
リアリーフスプリングセンターボルトの頭部高さが不適切なため、センターボルト頭部がリアアクスルと干渉し、スプリングとアクスルの間に隙間が発生するものがある。そのため、スプリングのセンターボルト付近に荷重が集中し、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとスプリングが折損して、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リアリーフスプリングを対策品と交換する。
