Defect
On rear-tandem-axle trucks, the rear spring retaining clip on the rear trailing axle (non-drive axle) has an incorrect shape. Under high-center-of-gravity load conditions during sharp turns, the rear spring may disengage from the retaining clip, causing the vehicle to lean. In the worst case, driving stability may be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the affected components. Where a nonconforming part is found, add an extension plate to the upper retaining clip tab on the rear trailing axle.

状況
後2軸トラックの後々軸(非駆動軸)においてリヤばねズレ止めの形状が不適切なため、高重心積載状態で急旋回を行った場合、リヤばねが当該ズレ止めから外れ、車両が傾き、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該部を点検し、不具合品が装着されている場合には、後々軸のズレ止め上部の爪に延長プレートを追加する。
