Defect
The front axle air spring mounting bracket has insufficient weld strength. Vehicle vibration causes the weld to separate, allowing the bracket to become loose. This damages the air supply pipe to the air spring, and in the worst case, air leaks and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, perform weld repair on the mounting bracket. Additionally, inspect the air supply pipe to the air spring; if the pipe is damaged, replace it with a new one.

状況
④前軸のエアスプリング取付金具の溶接強度が不足しているため、車両振動等により、当該取付金具の溶接がはがれて、当該取付金具がぐらつくものがある。そのため、エアスプリングにエアを供給するパイプが損傷し、最悪の場合、エアが漏れ、走行不能になるおそれがある。
改善措置
④全車両、当該取付金具の溶接補修を行う。なお、エアスプリングにエアを供給するパイプを点検し、損傷しているものはパイプを新品に交換する。
