Defect
On vehicles equipped with a rear-axle 4-bag air spring suspension system, an incorrect air spring was installed during assembly. The clearance between the air spring diaphragm and the stabilizer bracket is insufficient, causing the two components to contact each other. Continued use damages the diaphragm, causing an air leak. The suspension warning lamp illuminates, and the vehicle may lean, degrading driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the air spring. If an incorrect part is found installed, replace it with the correct new part.

状況
②後軸４バッグ式空気ばね緩衝装置付車両において、空気ばねに誤品を組付けたため、空気ばねのダイヤフラムとスタビライザブラケットの隙間が少なく、干渉するものがある。 そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ダイヤフラムが破損、エアが漏れてエアサスペンションの警告灯が点灯し、車両が傾斜して走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、空気ばねを点検し、誤品が組付けされていた場合は、正規新品と交換する。
