Defect

状況
後車軸のアクスルシャフトの強度が不足しているものがあるため、発進・制動時の高い応力が繰り返しかかると、亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、アクスルシャフトが折損し、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、強度が不足しているものは対策品に交換する。
