Defect
On some vehicles, the open/close switch on the door latch of the power sliding door is improperly positioned. When the door is closed forcefully by hand, the switch spring and ratchet lever interfere with each other. This prevents the door latch from engaging reliably. In the worst case, the door may fail to close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the door latch on both the left and right sliding doors with corrected parts.

状況
電動式スライドドアのドアラッチ部の開閉スイッチの取付位置が不適切なものがあるため、手動でドアを強めに閉めると、スイッチスプリングとラチェットレバーが干渉するものがある。そのため、ドアラッチが確実に作動せず、最悪の場合、ドアが閉まらないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右スライドドアのドアラッチを対策品と交換する。
