Defect
In the power transmission system, the hydraulic supply pipe to the travel motor is improperly assembled, causing oil to leak at the connection joint. Continued operation progressively reduces the oil level. In the worst case, the vehicle may become unable to travel.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the travel motor connector, add a retaining clamp to the hydraulic supply pipe, and replace the existing clamp with one of higher cushion hardness to improve pipe retention force.

状況
動力伝達装置において、走行モータに油圧供給パイプを取り付ける際の組み付け方法が不適切なため、連結部でオイルが洩れるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、オイルが減少し、最悪の場合走行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、走行モータのコネクタを交換し、油圧供給パイプに保持クランプを追加すると共に、更に、油圧供給パイプの保持力向上のため既存クランプのクッション硬度を上げたものに交換する改善対策を行う。
