Defect
In the power transmission system, the hydraulic fluid tank of the hydrostatic transmission has insufficient strength. During high-speed operation, sloshing of the hydraulic fluid caused by vehicle vibration can produce a crack in the tank floor plate. Continued use allows the crack to propagate and, in the worst case, hydraulic fluid may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hydraulic fluid tank with the corrected part.

状況
動力伝達装置において、静油圧変速機の作動油タンク強度が不足しているため、高速走行時の車体振動による作動油の揺動によりタンク底板に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、作動油が洩れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、作動油タンクを対策品に交換する。
