Defect
In the fuel system, the fuel tank has insufficient strength. During high-speed operation, sloshing of the fuel caused by vehicle vibration can produce a crack in the tank floor plate. Continued use allows the crack to propagate and, in the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank with the corrected part.

状況
燃料装置において、燃料タンク強度が不足しているため、高速走行時の車体振動による燃料の揺動によりタンク底板部に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、燃料が洩れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクを対策品に交換する。
