Defect
On snow removal vehicles, the relay, fuse, and wiring for the electrically heated front windshield have insufficient capacity. Extended continuous use causes the wiring and related components to overheat and burn. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the front windshield. If it is fitted with heating wires, replace the associated wiring, relay, and fuse with corrected parts.

状況
除雪車の電熱線入り前面ガラス用リレー、ヒューズ及び電気配線の容量が不足しているため、長時間連続して使用した場合、当該配線等が発熱するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用し続けると配線等が焼損し、最悪の場合、火災となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前面ガラスを確認し、電熱線入りの場合は、当該配線、リレー、ヒューズを対策品と交換する。
