Defect
Electrical wiring in the center of the vehicle was improperly assembled during production, leaving portions of the wiring pinched by the vehicle body. Continued operation allows vibration during driving to abrade and damage the wiring insulation, causing a short circuit. In the worst case, the wiring may burn through, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect the subject wiring on all vehicles. Any wiring found to be pinched or damaged is repaired.

状況
車両中央部の電気配線の組付けが不適切なものがあるため、配線が車体に挟まれているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行中の車体の振動により、当該配線の被覆が損傷、短絡し、最悪の場合、配線が焼損し、走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該配線を点検し、挟まれているもの及び損傷のあるものは、当該配線を補修する。
