Defect
The change lever mounting bracket on the electric transmission is improperly welded. Shift operations cause the weld to separate, allowing the change lever to become loose. Continued use in this condition may, in the worst case, cause the change lever to fall off.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, perform weld repair on the change lever mounting bracket.

③電気式変速機のチェンジレバー取付金具の溶接が不適切なため、変速操作により、当該取付金具の溶接がはがれて、チェンジレバーがぐらつくものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、チェンジレバーが脱落するおそれがある。
